Projects

Independent systems, research projects and cultural objects: what each one is trying to understand, what it became, and how they relate.

The work tends to begin where ordinary interfaces flatten complexity too early: electricity and data-centre geography, changing regulation, messy local inventory, accounting documents, clothing as an archive, or the small experiments that do not yet deserve a category of their own.

Genealogy

The projects are not isolated products. Taxman Calling led into See It Sort It and CA-OS as the accounting work moved from a broad umbrella toward document ingestion and practice operations. Foresight then separated the regulatory-intelligence problem from practice software. QuoteBook’s interest in personal archives and accumulated memory reappears, in a different form, inside ESTD. Indica and Slenderscape’s own history layer. Road Brain is a newer cultural branch: one rule at a time, taught as a public transmission.

Diesel at Midnight sat on another branch of the same tree: it studied infrastructure rather than regulation, but with the same preference for constraints, evidence and systems underneath the visible interface. The work still in progress carries the same habits, and joins the list when it is ready.
